About Us NKM Associates is an independent bat consultancy based in Mickleton, Gloucestershire providing professional and responsive bat surveying services. Our clients include architects, planning consultants, building surveyors, developers and private home owners. A variety of bat survey methods are used to meet legislative requirements. NKM Associates also provides mitigation and licenses for all planned work that affects bats and bat roosts. All bat surveys are carried out under the supervision of a licensed bat surveyor. All bat surveys and resulting reports comply with guidance from Natural England and the Bat Conservation Trust. Survey reports include advice on steps that need to be taken to ensure that planned development work complies with current UK and European legislation. Based in the North Cotswolds, NKM Associates provides a nationwide bat survey service but predominantly operates in the Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire, West Midlands and Staffordshire areas.
